M&S is a project management and construction company. Our in-house team handles sales, estimating, customer relationships, insurance claims, and quality control. Field work is performed by both our own crews and vetted subcontractor crews who meet our standards. Every crew carries general liability and workers' comp. We walk the scope with the crew lead before every job. If they don't meet our standards, they don't work for us.
